How long does an order take?
Each item is printed to order in 2–5 business days, then shipped with tracking. US deliveries usually land in 5–9 business days after that; other countries take longer. Express options are shown in the cart.
Where is it printed?
By print partners in the United States and Europe, whichever is closest to your address. Multi-item orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
Can I return something?
Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30 days and we replace it free — no return shipping.
What sizes are the shirts?
Unisex, true to standard sizing. A size chart is on each apparel page; when in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
Do you offer custom characters?
Sometimes. Tell us the race, class and vibe through the contact page and we will let you know.
Is my payment safe?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Is this an official D&D store?
No. Twilight Tavern is an independent shop. Dungeons & Dragons is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
